Terrible Swede the "Earthy" Lutheran Blog vs The Largest Filipino on Earth vs "The Fluffy"
Doctrinal differences are important to the Lutherans because at the root of every false doctrine is the devil, seeking to destroy the Gospel.

The Piper and the Pieta

One of many things that I love about being a Lutheran is the Doctrine of Vocation. Whether you're a pilot for the Piper or a painter for the Pieta, each when practiced correctly, are holy vocations. Each serves God and neighbor in a different way. We see this in our Holy Scriptures. Besides, "It's not God who needs our good works but our neighbor. (Pelikan?)" and "It is God who milks the milk through the milkmaid. (Luther)" [Oh, wait, I must be stoopid for using a Luther quote. Whatever.]

  • "A pilot for the Piper"?

You mean I should have a pilot???

Man! I have *got* to get a better agent!
